LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Mountain Skills Weekend

We are delighted to share with you some information about an inclusive mountain skills weekend for the LGBTQIA+ community.

All The Elements CIC are partnering with, Navigation with Harriet, to run an LGBTQIA+ Mountain Skills Weekend.


This course is for LGBTQIA+ people with some experience in the mountains looking to develop their skills, and is Mountain Training accredited.

Over the weekend you’ll learn about:

  • Planning
  • Walking skills
  • Clothing and equipment
  • Weather
  • Navigation in the mountains
  • Environmental knowledge
  • Hazards and emergency procedures in the mountains

Dates & Prices

The weekend will run from 3rd and 4th September 2022

at the cost of £150 + Accommodation

Location

The skills weekend will be based from the Grasmere YHA.
