Impact Calculator Your Gift Will Open Up A World of Adventure

See the difference you can make!

It costs around £1 million per year to keep our vital services going, supporting 3,000 disabled and disadvantaged people to be empowered with the attitudes, skills and behaviours they need to thrive.

Donations of any size will have an impact on our visitors. In 2018 over 90% of our participants saw a significant increase in their self-confidence, independence and self-esteem, as shown below.

You can be a part of the Bendrigg magic by giving a donation today. Simply enter an amount below to see the difference your gift will make.

Create a Changing Places Toilet and camping area on our community field

Currently, our community field has no easy access toilet facilities and individuals have to walk up a very steep hill to the top of the site to use the bathroom whilst out on activity. This is taking valuable time away from participants getting involved with an activity and as our number of visitors with profound disabilities increase, it has become increasingly impractical. With £100,000 we’d be able to refurbish  our old Oakwood building to include two Changing Places toilets as well as an indoor wash-up area to open up the community field for camping opportunities.

Fund The refurbishment of Bendrigg Lodge

Several extensions and developments have taken place over the years which have created the wonderful Bendrigg Lodge that we all know today. But with a growing staff team and more groups with profound disabilities visiting our centre, the Lodge is now in need of refurbishment.

The Lodge, really is the heart of Bendrigg and over the years it has seen tens of thousands of participants through it’s doors.

£250,000 would go a long way to making the Lodge refurbishment a reality, this would impact thousands of visitors and enable them to take part in an activity residential of a lifetime for years to come!
