We have over 40 years experience providing group residential courses for people with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Whether you have autismphysical disabilities, learning or behavioural difficulties, Bendrigg can enable you to participate in adventure activities.

Our friendly team are on hand every step of the way to guide you through the bookings process, give you the warmest of welcomes & make sure that you have a fabulous time!

A Fully Inclusive Residential For Adults

Our Adult Activity Courses are perfect for adults with a physical disability (PD) or learning disability (LD). We have various course durations available.

  • You’ll experience a range of activities and adaptive equipment is provided to ensure that you can take part in everything you’d like to.
  • Time to socialise & get to know the other participants
  • Stay in our accessible accommodation
  • Meals are provided from our fantastic cooks, for the duration of the course. Just let us know any dietary requirements prior to your arrival.

Our courses are suitable for people with a Physical disability (PD) and/or a Learning disability (LD)

Prices include all food, accommodation & activities and are inclusive of VAT.

*It is worth noting that Bendrigg does not provide medical or care staff. Therefore it is necessary for participants to be responsible for their own personal care or be accompanied by a friend, relative or carer who can assist them.

YOUNG ADULTS’ WEEKENDS

These new courses are perfect for those aged between 16-25 years with any disability. The courses will run over a weekend and participants will try a range of accessible onsite activities throughout their stay. These weekends have been designed to help participants develop life skills and work towards their personal goals.

Jollydays Supported Holidays Group

Jollydays provide supported holidays for Adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. This lovely group of Adults came to Bendrigg Trust for a week and enjoyed activities such as Canoeing, Climbing, Felt Making and Walking at Tarn Hows in the beautiful Lake District National Park.
