The Kinross Building, named after John Kinross who founded the Trust in 1978, was officially opened in October 2007.  Designed to improve facilities and the range of activities on offer at Bendrigg, the building contains:

  • an impressive indoor ‘state of the art’ climbing wall
  • a fully computerised sensory room
  • an under floor caving system, including a section that is wheelchair accessible
  • a large games/sports area
  • a lounge for visiting groups, which can also be used as a reception area for day visitors and as conference / classroom facilities.

Bendrigg Lodge is administered by the Bendrigg Trust which is a registered charity (No.508450). Members of the trust provide their services on a voluntary basis.
