We have fifteen acres of land of which half is woodland. This offers a superb location for a number of activities. For example a variety of orienteering courses of different standards and a floodlit challenge course, adventure course, tube slide and aerial runway. The grounds also provide ideal areas for bivouacs, camping, archery, and a variety of group projects.

A climbing/abseiling tower has been built adjacent to the resource centre. Climbs of all standards have been incorporated into this tower which includes a ramp designed to enable people in wheelchairs to enjoy the excitement of abseiling. Another special feature is a cave system which has been incorporated into the tower.
